I fell asleep on my second night only to be woken up about midnight and had a hard time going back to sleep because I'd been asleep for at least an hour which put a damper on the rest of my following day I was very tired did not enjoy what I was doing just wanted to go back to sleep because I wasn't about three hours of sleep at that point. When we brought this up, we were told that people actually ask to be placed alongside the tracks, which I found hard to believe in far fetching when it came to a reply to this problem. The icing on the cake was the first level room that we were given right next to the train tracks with a train that ran at least three times between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM. I was extremely disappointed by my stay at this hotel, it is obvious that there is very little care for the maintenance of the facility as well as the cleanliness of each room we stepped in to find hair at the entry way dirt debris as well as dust covered furniture counters and dried urine on the toilet bowl. I would have gone across the street and got 2 rooms at a hotel that would actually accommodate us. I would have never checked into that hotel if I knew I didn't have connecting rooms.

No offer for anything to make me less upset. I called and talked to someone who said she was a supervisor explained my situation and what had just happened at the front desk, and she did nothing. I thanked her repeatedly and got my kiddos and went to our room. I explained my situation and why it was imperative that they were connected not just close to one another she claimed the 'bumped' someone else with joining rooms and gave them to us. When I checked in, I asked the lady if the rooms were connected, and she told me no. I was told my reservation was noted for the connected rooms. We brought a babysitter who was going to put them to bed in our room and then go into her and still be able to be available in case the children woke up. I was coming for my birthday and my children were with us. I called 3 different times before arriving to let them know I needed adjoining rooms.
